Every employee can appear as ‘trained’ while the record fails to show who acknowledged the current procedure. That gap hides behind a reassuring completion percentage. Connecting the person, assignment, and document version makes the record useful when the procedure changes.
A completion count is useful, but the underlying record has to connect a person to the material they were assigned. Otherwise the organization can't tell whether a policy revision reached the people who actually handle the information.
AIC CMMC Complete™ connects workforce assignments, completion, and signed attestations to named people and document versions. The roster includes employees and contractors, with recorded exclusions where appropriate. Training owners can see the assignment and examine the resulting record instead of treating a whole department as one check mark.
Take a change to the incident-reporting procedure. Identify the people who need it, assign the current material, and review what remains outstanding. During an assessment, the team can retrieve the participant, version, and attestation record without asking everyone to resend an email.
The organization still needs to check whether people can apply the procedure. Ask someone where they would report a suspected incident, or have the team walk through a short exercise. An attestation records an acknowledgement; it doesn't establish that every employee will act correctly under pressure.
Workforce assignments, completion records, and versioned attestations use the same named roster, reducing separate lists the training owner has to reconcile. It also makes a missing assignment easier to discuss before an assessor asks about it.
Training administration doesn't have to become another software-integration project. AIC supplies guides, cookbooks, recipes, and training materials with the products at no extra charge. Use the relevant material, adapt the operating instructions to your organization, and assign it to the people who need it. The training owner can check who received which version and whose attestation is still outstanding without reconciling separate lists.
Bring one training requirement and a sample roster to a demonstration. We'll follow the assignment through completion and show the record your training owner can review. If the instructions or training leave people stuck, we want to hear about it. Their experience should help improve the next version.
