Implementation and migration service providers
Service providers can install, configure, and support the Analog Informatics Corporation (AIC) kits for customers. We work with the implementation and migration partner the customer already uses. AIC gives limited free assistance for migration from legacy privileged identity management (PIM), privileged access management (PAM), and privileged user management (PUM) systems.
What service providers do
| Work | Who does it |
|---|---|
| Plan the kit for the customer boundary | Service provider, with AIC guidance |
| Install and configure the kit | Service provider or MSP |
| Migrate from a legacy privileged access system | Service provider, with limited free assistance from AIC |
| Connect the SIEM, CMDB, and trouble-ticket system | Service provider |
| Train operators and the workforce | AIC free training, with the service provider |
| Keep the Assessment Binder current | Customer or MSP |
Consultants and assessors
Consultants help an organization prepare. Assessors read the shared Assessment Binder. The assessor decides the outcome. An assessor that assesses a customer keeps its independence from the implementation work for that customer.
