Privacy Policy

Cookie and tracking disclosures updated October 14, 2026.

At Analog Informatics Corporation, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that are collected and recorded by Analog Informatics Corporation and how we use it.

If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at: sales@analoginfo.com.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website regarding information they share with us or that we collect through the website. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Browsing this website does not mean that you consent to optional cookies or tracking. Analytics and marketing services are off by default and load only after you choose to allow the relevant category. You can browse the site and contact us without accepting optional tracking.

The cookie banner lets you reject optional cookies, accept optional cookies, or manage analytics and marketing separately. Necessary storage supports site features you request and remembers your privacy choices. Closing the preferences window without saving does not grant consent or change your saved choices.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, browser local storage, and session storage. Cookies are small files stored by your browser; local and session storage can remember information without using cookies. Our controls apply to the optional services listed below, not just to cookies.

  • Necessary storage: We store your consent choices, their version, the date of your choice, and an expiry date in local storage on this browser. We also use session storage to remember a dismissed announcement. These features do not enable optional analytics or marketing. Hosting, security, and requests needed to deliver the website still occur when optional tracking is off.
  • Analytics: If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and page use. It may process online identifiers, page activity, browser and device information, and network information. Google Analytics identifiers may include cookies with names beginning with _ga.
  • Marketing, sale/sharing, and targeted advertising: If you allow marketing, Google Ads measures advertising activity, LeadLander identifies business visits and can record form interactions and contact details, and HighLevel records page visits and supported form submissions in our customer relationship management system (CRM). HighLevel may associate submitted contact details with website activity. These services may receive visit and interaction data, online identifiers, browser information, and network information. Google Tag Manager manages tags and loads only when both analytics and marketing are allowed.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager are Google services. Read the Google Privacy Policy and Google cookie information. Read the LeadLander Privacy Policy and HighLevel Privacy Policy for their data practices. LeadLander may store a browser identifier under trackalyzer in local storage. HighLevel uses a session identifier in a cookie or session storage and may store submitted contact data under _ud in local storage.

Use Manage Preferences in the cookie banner, or the persistent Cookie Preferences / Your Privacy Choices button after you have saved a choice. Turn off either optional category and select Save Preferences, or select Reject Optional Cookies to turn both off. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking and reloads the page when needed to stop services that were already loaded. Changes are synchronized between open tabs on this browser.

Your choices apply to this browser on analoginfo.com. When marketing is allowed, the saved choice expires after 180 days. Choices with marketing off expire after 365 days. After expiry, optional services stay off until you make another choice. We may ask you to choose again when we add or change optional tracking services. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers, or using another device may require you to choose again. If your browser prevents storage, choices apply to the current page but may not be remembered.

When you turn an optional category off, we remove the known first-party identifiers for that category where the browser permits. When marketing is off, this includes the LeadLander browser identifier and the HighLevel tracking session and locally stored contact data. We cannot remove cookies on another provider's domain or erase information already sent to a provider through this control. Vendor identifiers can have their own lifetimes; consult the linked vendor information and your browser's storage controls. Contact us at sales@analoginfo.com for personal-data requests.

Global Privacy Control and Marketing Opt-Out

When this browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we disable marketing, sale/sharing, and targeted-advertising tracking through these website services. We save that marketing opt-out when browser storage is available, so turning the signal off does not restore an earlier marketing permission. Analytics remains a separate choice. The marketing option is unavailable while GPC is on; an accept action during that time can enable analytics only.

These browser controls address this website's optional tracking. For requests about information you have supplied directly or other uses of personal information, contact sales@analoginfo.com.

Information We Collect

The personal information you are asked to provide and why you are asked to provide it will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, organization name, address, email address, and telephone number.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including:

    • Provide, operate, and maintain our website
    • Improve, personalize, and expand our website
    • Understand and analyze how you use our website
    • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
    • Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website and for marketing and promotional purposes.
    • Send you emails
    • Find and prevent fraud

Log Files

Hosting and security services receive information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times. These requests still occur when optional cookies are rejected. Optional Google Analytics and marketing services are controlled separately by your cookie choices as described above.

Analytics and Marketing Providers

Our optional website services are Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, LeadLander, and HighLevel, as described in Cookies and Similar Technologies above. We control when those services load through your choices. We do not load them merely because you continue browsing. Information sent to a provider after you allow its category is also subject to that provider's privacy practices. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Submitting an inquiry still sends the information you choose to provide to our CRM so we can respond, even if you reject optional tracking.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

External websites and providers have their own privacy policies. Review those policies when you follow an external link or use another service. Your choices on analoginfo.com do not change your settings on other websites.

You can also manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Browser controls supplement the website's cookie preferences; you do not need to change browser settings to reject our optional tracking.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)

To opt out of this website's browser-based marketing, sale/sharing, and targeted-advertising tracking, turn off marketing in Cookie Preferences / Your Privacy Choices, reject optional cookies, or enable Global Privacy Control. For other personal-data requests, contact sales@analoginfo.com.

    • For GDPR requests, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where permitted, complex or multiple requests may require up to two additional months; we will explain the extension within the first month. Contact sales@analoginfo.com to exercise your rights.

    Children’s Information

We also prioritize protecting children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Analog Informatics Corporation does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to remove such information from our records promptly.
