AIC CMMC Complete™ may apply invoice credit for the unused prepaid remainder of a qualifying Competitor contract. The credit is capped at 12 months of the AIC package on the order.

These caps use the monthly package prices. The yearly prepay discount does not apply to a switch order. The 2026 startup waiver stacks with the switch credit. Analog Informatics Corporation may change list prices at each yearly renewal.
How Switch Credit Works
Eligible unused prepaid contract value is applied as invoice credit to the new AIC CMMC Complete™ order, up to the cap for the selected package. It does not change the customer's Microsoft cloud services or contract terms.

What Switch Credit Does Not Cover
Switch credit does not buy out Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC), GCC High, Azure Government, or the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). Those services and terms stay in place.
Partner Terms
- Competitive switch orders do not generate commissions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or other partners.
- No partner discount applies to the switch order.
- Partners may bill for implementation and ongoing services.
- Later-year software compensation follows the Fee Schedule when the Partner of Record registers the renewal.
